Mika Design was asked to design the cover and inside page template for Al Etmanski’s new book: Impact – Six Patterns to Spread Your Social Innovation.
Impact beautifully distills the insights and deep wisdom of one of the world’s great social innovators. Etmanski’s book is far more than a practical guide: it’s an invitation to re-imagine possibilities for our lives and for the world we create.”
– David Bornstein, author “How To Change The World”
Working with Al, we came up with a circular pattern that symbolizes the organic nature of social innovation networks. The white circles represent the 6 patterns and the non-hierarchical way in which they integrate into community activities. We are excited to see the printed copies in the next few weeks.
Al will be “unlaunching” his book on April 27 at SFU Woodwards in Vancouver at a free event with an amazing set of speakers.Read more →
